Jennifer uses Canada Post for shipping. If requested, Jennifer will look into other carriers for you, that still ensures the safety of your original art investment. All orders will be insured and have a tracking number.

Shipping is free within Canada, and there is a $40 flat rate to the USA. Other shipping costs will vary based on the size, weight, and location of the shipment. It’s hard to give a ballpark idea, but here are some approximations. A medium sized 20”x24” painting (approx 24”x28” when packaged, and 15lbs) it would be approx $200 to the UK, $200 to Germany, $240 to Slovenia, $225 to Japan, $450 to Fiji.

For Australia, Canada Post does not ship that large, the max size is 24”x22” ($200) so I would need to ship UPS, which is more expensive.

The carrier, size of the painting, weight and destination of the shipment are what changes the shipping price.

Jennifer strives to ensure that you are getting the best possible price for your shipping. To do this, she gets a direct quote through the carrier based on each individual art piece, the size/weight, and the location it is shipping to.

I do individual quotes because it is the best way to avoid overpaying for shipping. I want my clients to know that I will always find them the best possible price and unfortunately the way Squarespace calculates shipping, it does not do that. It only allows for a flat rate, which means smaller paintings will be over charged, which I do not want. I hope that this doesn’t inconvenience anyone, just know that I will make sure your hard earned money is not wasted on over priced shipping. Thank you.

Unfortunately, damage can happen when shipping. Please take pictures of the any damage to the box before opening. Also provide us with photos of the damaged artwork. Please contact us as soon as possible (within the first 24 hours ideally) after receiving the damaged artwork. If we do not receive notice of damage within 48 hours of delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund or a replacement.

Any international orders, please be aware that there may be duties and/or taxes that apply to your order, upon arrival in your country, depending on your local customs laws.

We accept payment with credit card through the website, or PayPal, and Square.

We do not accept returns, or offer exchanges. While there is a no refund policy, Jennifer always wants her clients to be happy with their purchase, so please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Care instructions for thick paint and textured art are slightly different than other types of art. You will be sent instructions on a care card, that will accompany your order.

You need to make sure to never bend the artwork or push on the canvas, this could cause the texture to crack.

Do not allow the temperature or humidity to fluctuate greatly, as this can also cause cracking of the texture and/or warping of the wooden canvas frame.

Do not place the artwork facedown, or place anything on top of it, as this could damage the texture.

When hanging, do not place in direct light. Place it in indirect light for best results.

If you purchase a painting without getting a shipping quote, the shipping price will be added onto your bill, and needs to be paid before the artwork will be shipped. Shipping is only included within Canada.

Jennifer retains the copyright to all of her artwork, even if you have purchased an original painting. It is illegal to use images of her artwork for commercial purposes or monetary gain.
